In 2005 the Cooperative obtained certification in quality in conformity with UNI EN ISO9001: 2008. In July 2012, the certification has been renewed (view certificates)) by RINA, the Notified Body authorized to undertake inspection in Italy. It applies to the activities of the Co-operative and is implemented following a process-based approach for the planning and provision of the following services:
• DESIGN AND PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE SERVICES (YOUTH INFORMATION-CITY INFORMATION CENTRES) ADDRESSED TO CITIZENS ON BEHALF OF PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS (certificate no. 23945/05/S - Sector EA 38F)
The quality management system is the basic tool of the Quality policy to ensure the complete customer satisfaction and demonstrate the ability of the Co-operative to provide services aiming at meeting customer requirements. In order to implement the quality system and make it operational, Studio e Progetto 2 works as follows:
• sets the primary processes and their application throughout the organization;
• establishes criteria and methods to ensure the effectiveness of the operation and the control of these processes;
• ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring processes;
• monitors and analyzes all its processes;
• implements the required actions to achieve the expected results and continuous improvement.
