Studio e Progetto 2 consists of nr. 46 people ( (22 working members, 5 members and 19 highly competent employees), Its revenue comes from the orders of its clients. In order to ensure the continuing training of its members and employees, as well as to work in quality, efficiency and effectiveness towards clients, the co-operative promotes both internal and external constant training programs. The followings are only given as an example:
- Training course on the practice of bilan de Compétences - Skills audit (held by Daemetra and C. sas trainers and Centre Institutionnel de Bilan de Compétences 71 of Saone et Loire (France) - 2000-2001);
- Training course for co-operative social workers in order to attain the qualification as Information and Counseling Social Workers funded by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and held by IRECOOP Sardinia for a total duration of 600 hour.
